Changing how the world does laundry

London TFL Tube car camapign

Laundryheap aren’t just washing socks, they’re changing how the whole world does laundry. Fashion houses, hotels, everyday folks with too much on… they click a button, and 24 hours later, their laundry comes back clean. Like magic, but with e-bikes and vans.

Social content examples

My bit? Helping them communicate clearly and humanly through great design and advertising, to people all over the planet. From Singapore to San Francisco, Peru to Paris. Because the message might be the same, but the language, rhythm, and attitude aren’t. So I listened, I adapted, and I made work that felt right, wherever it landed.

Working side-by-side with their CMO, my co-creative partner/producer Naiomi Roberts I helped shape a global creative rhythm:

  • Weekly social content that didn’t feel like background noise

  • Email designs with visual cut-through

  • Their first big UK out-of-home splash on the London Underground (yes, those posters were me)

  • And plenty of online meta campaigns

I also helped articulate their purpose: saving people time on laundry so they can get on with, well, life. Small task. Big result.

All this while the internal creative team was being built.

“You’ve been so helpful and so flexible. We really couldn’t have got through it without you.”
